Shipping and Returns
Free shipping on U.S. orders $50 and up
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Shipping time does not include holidays and weekends.
Items purchased from Shiloh Studio are eligible for refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products: We do not accept returns on products that have been used, worn, damaged and washed.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for the upgraded shipping service are not refundable.
- Please note: Original shipping cost paid for your shipment may be charged and deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately hi@shiloh-studio.com
How to send your return

2) If you contact us by email, please indicate your order number as well as a reason for return. Unfortunately at this time, we do not do exchanges.
3) Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag and bring it to your closest USPS office. Click here to find the closest location. Please note that while the initial shipping may be free, returns must be covered by you, the buyer.
